I've had a terrible time with a parts order. It seems there are NO humans that can assist you. No telephone assistance and a looping E-Mail system. Good luck with this company. Do your homework and be careful.

This story seems to be common...you read/hear about a place that is great and then the next review comes along indicating the place is terrible. In many cases the opposing reviews are accurate. All depends on what day you visit or who you happen to be working with...or so it seems.
