This new store is only as big as your average living room. It used to be an RV Max dealership & the old parts department is what is called the new Camping World Super Store. It only has 3 very short aisles with not very many products in stock. I drove 45 minutes to get to this store because they sent me a
$10 off coupon. I was so excited to have a store open close to me. A Super Store it is not. I will continue to order off the website.

Camping World has bought 3 independent RV dealers in VA over the last year (Reines, McGeorges and Safford) so they will have a big presence in VA now. As for the small store in TX, I'm sure that it will be enlarged one of these days.

they bought out McGeorges????????? that would mean two stores about 40 miles apart???????????
I see safford evidently kept the Airstream franchise moved slightly south of the other facility?

Camping World just bought Nelson's RV. The sale was finalizing as I bought my recent trailer. I'm really bummed - Nelson's was great to work with.

I have made many a visit to the SAFFORD RV on I95 South of Thornburg. Folks there was always very helpful and they had real nice show room and well stocked with RV supplies and parts and had a hugh shop for repairs.

Haven't been there since CW bought them out...

And I encourage you to look for other local suppliers.

I live in a MUCH smaller metro area than Dallas and there are at least two RV dealers here who stock a wide variety of RV "stuff".

And they give good personalized service too.

I was told by the people there that an expansion will be coming once they get everything else done. Maybe there's hope:@

Not to Worry, the Santa Clarita Super is ALMOST all little boxed off rooms to pressure someone into buying. You know like at one of those car places "I really want sell you this lemon at that price BUT I need to talk to my manager first. I tried three times to get a guestament for the slide out cover there ended up taking it down the street. About the only reason we go there is to buy a campground guide, and toilet chemicals.
