Bike/Cargo Rack for Older Class C?

We'd like to take four bikes with us on our NJ to New England trip this summer, but the cargo/bike carrier we intended to purchase is back ordered and will not be available in time. We liked this one for a variety of reasons, including price, and are hoping to find something similar (under $200 if possible).

We need one that will hold 4 bikes on a 2" receiver mount, but because of the spare tire, must stand off 14". DH does NOT want one that mounts on the spare tire or the ladder. Our RV is a 1994 Four Winds 30' Class C on E350 chassis.

I had the same problem on my old Class A so I went with one of these.
Extender and put A 4 Bike Rack on it, nice thing about this one is that it tilts to make it easy to load and unload the bikes and have full access to the spare tire by tilting it.
