I have never written a testimonial for a product before. I am so pleased with the Cable Grips product and the response I got from Jim Wright, that I felt the need to do so. I had ordered the grips for my RV and the cable as one item. When I received the cable, the grips kept falling off. I contacted Jim and he replied the same day. He thought that it was a possible โissue with the moldโ. He immediately sent me a new cable (NC) and assured me that that the problem was an exception not the norm. It is refreshing to find a company that responds to the consumer as Jim did. It is nice to know that some companies actually stand behind their products.The Cable Grips makes it so much easier to hook up cable tv. Great product, great company!
