The electric fireplace in our 2012 Cruiser 5er went off last night. Checked fuses but all are fine. Still doesn't work. Any ideas ?

If it has a remote the interface box could have died. You will have to track down the power cord.

Do you have a volt meter? Check voltage where it is plugged in and work from there.
