Guys, had issues last night with regulator freezing up...couldn't get any propane flow at all. Got that resolved. Propane is flowing now but the furnace will NOT fire off. Any ideas, advice, etc????

It was about 12 deg F last night.....not that cold. First time I've had an issue since I've been up here and it's been even colder.

I'm in southern PA. I don't think it's the regulator though b/c I'm getting fuel to my water heater and stove. The furnace just keeps failing at firing off for some reason. Almost sounds like it's not getting enough fuel when the pilot lights.

Where are you that a regulator is freezing? Could it be that you have a failing regulator and the cause isn't from cold weather?

Will do....will have to just cut breaker. Furnace is completely hidden behind the cabinetry. We have warmer weather today so it may be okay tonight.....just wondering if there is anything I can do to avoid this problem.

If your regulator is freezing, you need to get the moisture out of the tank. Any propane dealer (not just someone who fills tanks) should know how to do it.
