The rack is in the drawer under the sofa just about mid cabin over the wheels. Been using it for a couple of years (holds 14 bottles) and no issues so far.

As far as 12 bottles for 9 days, when you go to a restaurant for a single meal does the wine list only have one bottle ๐Ÿ˜‰
