? Grab Handle Fix?

Can the foam "gripper" on the grab handle be replaced?

Or do I have to buy a whole new grab handle?

If the gripper is replaceable, where can I get a replacement and how do I get it on the handle?

www search showed me complete grab handle replacements, didn't see anyone offering just the foam gripper.

I bought just the foam tube at Camping World. Much better quality than the original. Fairly easy to put on.

I got a replacement for that grip from the fiver mfg. Had to use some silicon spray lube to get it on.
Tennis racquet grip wrap may work even better.
