It is a full hook up Federal Park. There are restrooms, but no showers. We stayed there last year as volunteers. It is a very nice park. No reservations -- first come, first served.
I was there last May, nice campground and nearly all sites are fine. They have an automated pay station and several Campground Hosts to aid you. I don't believe you can reserve, check the website, we didn't reserve and there were a number of empty sites.
