Good morning evryone. Going to be in the 40's today, before more snow tonight. LOVELY, where is spring.
Was reading the thread, with the saying about a boatbeing nothing but a hole in the water. Yep know what that is. In a small way.
The thought came to mind. How many people give a name to their RV? If so, what did you name it? Did you give a name to your toad/truck if you pull? If so what name did you give it?
I have not named my C, but I plan to. I have not named the new to me Cheyt HHR, but plan to.

Beach Plum, we are beach bums and the interior color of the RV is plum, not a color we would have chosen!

Our truck is an F350, CC, LB and I kept telling DH that thing is a tank and it finally came to us "Sherman" after a Sherman Tank.

I think we have finally settled on a name for our 34' 5th wheel, "Rolling Condo."

We had a 39' Boat which after the first couple months the name came to us ...... "MT Pockets" .... Now the 5vr has the same name on the rear.

It is a Four Winds, so we call it "Mariah" from the song "They call the wind Mariah".

Most of the time just "Motorized Walkabout".

The 10x20 tent is the Mountain Manor.

Our 64 Cree was the Brick oven.

This trailer is the Rolling cabin except the dogs know it as Doggie land.

The Expeditions are know as the short buses, the F 150 is the Lil one.

I want to name ours after wife.She says "unuh."
I like possum lodge. She says "unuh."
So "national budget?"
"Seldom home."
"Lost in Time."
"A Patriots lodge."
Wonder if Benjamin Franklin had a name for his home?
I wanted to have an Early American scene with passed member of the family on one side and A Revolutionary scene painted on the other side including windows with pictures of passed Family members too.
That disappeared about gazillion dollars ago or maybe still possible. Neice is a professional painter that does a line o greetings card. A year or two might be able to tackle something that big and then have it clear coated.

The truck is "The Truck" and the TT is "the Yickle House." My DD named our first camper "the Yickle House" (the little house) when she was about 5. We've called our other campers whatever they were--the Puma, the Springdale. But when we downsized we went back to the "Yickle House." 😛
