Now I'd like to know what interior caulk to use

OK, I got good advice on what exterior caulk to use and not to use. Thanks, all of you who weighed in on that one.

Now my DW has shown me a small gap in the joint between the bathroom sink and counter top.

So now I'd like to know if I could use plain interior "bath and tub" type sealant, that I could get at LHD--that's Lowe's Home Depot, in case you missed my use of that term in the first msg!

Or is there still a type of caulk or sealant I should NOT use inside the rig also?

Thx once again...

Silicone is fine for interior things like sinks and tubs.
Just don't put it outside anywhere!

I always keep a tube of clear Lexel on hand for interior work. It is clear, so it blends with just about anything, holds up well, and is readily available at most hardware stores.

Depending on the color you could use colored silicon to try to color match. Or I have also seen a stick on quarter round made from a rubber/vinyl type product that will stick to the wall and counter top and cover the gap and make a waterproof seal. Good Luck and Happy Camping.

Basin, tub and tile caulk is fine for interior.
