I love this workampimg site but have found several others to. Wry helpful ad well. I remember the NPS and COE sites, along with the workampimg one that charges a fee, but there was one I found last winter that was fantastic and for the love of me cannot remember the site. I do remember it had general chat and workamping opportunity in different catoagories like adventure workamping, seasonal, etc. it seemed to be a catch all for a bit of everything. Does this ring a bell with anyone? Any and all ideas are welcome at this point. Thanks in advance for your help

lostdog, that is my plan, only volunteer positions without the "bottom line" mentality. just a few more years with DoD and I hope to be in the position you are.

You know...we fulltime and workamp all over the place but always at state parks or Corp of Engineer parks and our next gig will be at a National Wildlife Refuge in Texas and we have never used any site to find a position. But then again we are not looking for any paid positions because we will never work again for people who have a "bottom line" mentality. We are very lucky to be able to do this because of our two Navy retirements. We just talk about where we would like to go next, go on line and look for parks where we want to be and start making phone calls. Never had a problem!

First, let me apologize for the spelling in my last post, you should never type while riding down a bumpy road with auto correct. The sites you have all shared with me are good but not the one I'm searching for. I do know I got it here
