Hey Bumpy isn't Imgur able to handle videos as well as stills. Could post it there.

Interesting device. Thanks for the tip, it would avoid cutting or tapping wires.

My annoyance right now is that neither of my vehicles have a power port that is triggered by the ignition. All the ports are hot continuously which means the camera does not operate automatically.

can you find a fuse for a powerport and one for ignition on? if so just jumper around it. I did that on my Highlander.

that is exactly what I used except I bought them at Radio Shack for much less than that.

I think it was saying it was recording at 1080. figuring out how to download/upload will take a slow learning curve. can I email you a few clips as an attachment and let you take it from there? if so, please PM me an email address. I haven't viewed any clips on the computer yet and can't tell much from the 3 1/2"?? screen.

yep, any LEO that hasn't yet made his monthly quota could nail people for radar detectors, dash cameras (don't know how it is possible to have a DC without blocking some vision,) GPS screens, etc.
the one that bugs me is people that evidently can't read or can't understand english and can't read/understand the statement on the handicap placard that sez" remove before driving". and leave it dangling from the rear view mirror.

I just bought a Papago Gosafe S36. Tiny little thing that I mount in front of the RH side of my mirror. Can't even see it from the drivers seat. 175 degree field and 1296 ultra HD.

saw an interesting armor all dash camera that was built into the rear view mirror. since all of my rear view mirrors have assorted electronic hookups won't work but might for bare bones mirrors.
Oh, Qsee is still working great. ๐Ÿ™‚

made the ball on the mount slightly larger using "titewrap" which has 300% stretch and adheres only to itself. a wrap around ball and it is now tight. all seems to be working right on the Qsee.
