question about campers inn .

Does anybody out there have or has had any dealings with the campers inn. Mini chain. There are 9 locations I think around the country, mostly in the east and south. I know the one in fla, about 1 hour ish away sells the palamino. Columbus we have on our very short list. Was curious about there reputation out there with those that have delt with them , or are the another chain like camping world whose problems have been well documented here..thanks

Total opposite experience to you....we've purchased a 2010 TT and 2013 Class C from the CW of Statesville. Customer service and service has been top notch to us. I work with one servce adviser there. She is awesome and gets things done. All work done by CW there has been done correctly and completely.

The Campers Inn in Mocksville is the one that tried to screw us royally and was flat out rude to us.

Thanks to all that responded based on the faverable review s I have so far read I may go check out the florida location. If I do I will post my opioion. Any purchase no matter where is still a year ish away unfortunatly but we are moving slowing on our search and asking a lot of questions .

I have no clue about their Florida dealership .... their Mocksville, NC dealership is literally located right beside Trailers of the East Coast where we purchased our Sportchassis .... while having work done on our truck we have visited Campers Inn several times and have had some work done there twice .... we've also been to the nearby Camping World in Statesville several times and have had high dollar work done there twice .... based on the way we were treated, the quality of work performed, and the general atmosphere of both places, we have no desire to go back to CW of Statesville .... if you end up dealing with their Florida dealership, please post your impressions .... thankfully we haven't ever needed assistance while in Florida but one never knows what can happen down the road

A friend bought his MH from one in Byron, Ga.. he recommended them, said they were much more customer friendly than the Camping World just across the interstate. He traded his TT for a big Allegra diesel and felt like he got a great deal.

Just like any franchise, it varies from location to location. The Merrimack, NH facility is the only place that would/could help us fix one last major issue with our Endura. The original dealership, Mann's RV in Rutland, had fixed everything else but being a small dealership couldn't wield the necessary power to get us what we needed. We bought our 2nd pop-up from them at an RV show with no issue, but had some issues when we bought our 5th wheel. The ratings for their Merrimack facility are overall very good. We've bought supplies there and know them well enough that even if we go in there to "window shop" we get treated well.

I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be

We special ordered a Columbus 320 RS from their Mocksville, NC location.
I actually liked our salesman and the sales manager. Got a fair trade in on our Sabre and got a good price on our Columbus. Only had the Columbus back for warranty work once. No complaints there.We actually spent the first night on their lot because it was raining and we couldn't transfer our stuff over. I wouldn't have a problem recommending them to anyone looking for an RV.

I just purchased a Columbus 295rl from Campers Inn in Leesburg.
They traded in our travel trailer we purchased from them a year and a half ago. So I had dealt with before. I felt the deal was very fair. They were more customer service oriented than many of the other RV dealers we have shopped. I was treated very well. I would recommend both the Columbus 5th wheel and Campers Inn.

We have one about 30 minutes away from us. Went there a couple years ago. They tried to rip us off on a trade in. I expected to get screwed a little. But I didn't expect that I need to bring my own lyou know what. They lost me as a customer forever.
