Rotate Tires

Just wondering if anybody rotates their tires on the camper!

rotating tires on a trailer will only mask potential alignment, loading, hub, etc.. problems.

If your equipment is spec, and you're properly loading, the trailer tires will wear evenly all around.

more than likely, they'll age out, before they wear out.

I've had one TT and three 5ers and many GN/pintle and bumper pull along with two enclosed trailers with single and tandem and triaxle and one tandem dualy axle trailer and never rotated tires on any of them.

The only rotation our toyhauler's tires get is when they are rolling down the road. 🙂

Trailer tires.....don't rotate but I do have them balanced
Truck..rotate & balance every 10,000 miles

On our tandems the rear axle always wears the tires faster due to the axle always swinging through a turn and pivoting on the front. Typically I rotate the tires front to back when repacking the hubs.

on my trailers ( when i had one) i never wore out a set before they AGED out... so i never rotated. I don't usually rotate on my coach either ....for the same reason. of course i rotate on the jeep (and did on the truck when we had the trailer). Now , of course i have rotated them if i was pulling tires for any other reason. or if there are signs of really unusal wear ...i rotated and sought out the reason for the wear.

We rotate the tires on all our rigs including the trailers...thought everyone did!
