I'm looking for small unit for my 24' class C. I'm anticipating off season travel to some wet areas in northwest.

Is something like this about as small as it gets (Frigidaire FAD301NUD)?

I definitely want compressor, something which will really remove the moisture in a wet climate.

yup, thats probably about as small as your going to find. When we looked 30 pints seemed to be the smallest. FWIW virtually all the small compressor dehumidifiers are mfg by two companies, Haier and one other. Then sold under a variety of brand names. Choices seem to include, casters or not, fan speeds, and noise levels and price. Pick one that fits your needs. for us it was must have casters, must be quite, small as possible.

We've used one for several years now. Does an amazing job when we are at the coast in the winter time with all the rain.

I don't know if the compressor one will work better or not. But I bought the cheapest one Lowes had and it worked great. I don't think you need to buy expensive to get the job done.

I could not believe by the end of the day how much cooler is was in the MH. They really assist the A/C in an RV.

I have that Frigidaire in our 5er and like it. Also run it at home when we are not camping to keep humidity down. ๐Ÿ™‚

I have a Danby that I like. It has electronic controls that are remembered when power is lost. One item I do not care for is that fan runs continually. But we use it in the basement at home so I never hear it. Beyond that I feel it is a better unit than the Frigidaire it replaced.
I like the auto restart after a power lose. 2 speed fan and filter setup.
Danby 30 pint.
