Supplies for Seasonal Camp

After a few years of travelling in our Class A, we have chosen to rent a seasonal campsite for April-October.

Given this is our first semi-permanent campsite, we're not sure what to expect.

Any tips/tricks/must-haves from the community out there?

Some folks have advised me to get a good surge protector since I won't always be there to unplug in thunderstorms.

I'm planning to get a dock box to store cushions and such in.

Should I get a hitch-mounted grill so I don't have to worry about it blowing away?

We have a seasonal(for us) condo and have almost the same stuff for it as for our S&B. I would do my A the same way.

Executive, you forgot the golf car. No seasonal camper would be caught dead without at least one golf car.
