Despite the implication itโs not really an issue due to charging EVs; itโs a grid issue highlighted by any additional draw (new houses, greater AC use during higher temps, reduced generation, charging EVs, new Casinos etc). While I read comments about not increasing EV charging I donโt read comments about not adding new houses to the grid.
