Still trying to get the valve settings right. There are no instructions on mine as there are on the 13s. My valves read: FW IN @ 12 o'clock & pump @ 3 o'clock then FW OUT @12 o'clock & pump @ 3 o'clock "knob turns right...

SCH is probably right about the low point drains. Get them shut. They are probably inside.

You are not very clear about the others, but it sounds like you have two each two position valves so there is not an "ON" and "OFF". One valve selects to fill your tank from the city connection or the tank to the pump suction (in), and the other selects your system source as from the pump or the city water connection.

The two drains under the camper are called low point drains. They are typically opened for winterizing, and most likely have their own valves. Follow those two lines up into the camper to find the shut off valves.
