Had the pleasure of meeting and having over for dinner these two young newlyweds when they stopped-over in Philly. Great attitudes and hard workers. The young man had a good head on his shoulders for what it takes to be married
12 Things I Learned About Being a Young Husband While Full-Time RVing

Here's what I wrote on my blog about their stop-over in Philly.
Heath and Alyssa Padget - The Hourly America Crew

I know for me, even though we only go out once or twice a month - RVing with wife and family really brings us together. Something about sharing even little adventures together helps us be closer.

Has RVing helped or hurt your marriage?

helped. we get irked with work/house maintenance etc...every day life being a pain. getting away in the RV and a big change of scenery helps all the time ๐Ÿ™‚
we love it and have a blast.

Took the ex and me 11 years to figure out I'm not the marrying kind. Orrrrrr maybe it was him.

Fortunately no RVs were hurt in the process.

Sooo .... if you don't mind sharing .... how many of you who have been married for 60 years or more:

- Are you (both) still RV'ing?

- At what ages are you still RV'ing?

- What's the age of the one doing most of the RV driving?

(P.S. The DW and myself need some success-story encouragemet for future RV'ing plans if our health holds up!)

Congrats on 60 years.

We can hope we can make it that long. (41 so far)

The young newlywed mentioned herein has his head on straight and has leaned lessons about marriage that took me 30 years to learn.

Until we got separate RVs, it hurt.

Married 18 years, fulltime travelers 13 of those. We love each other and the lifestyle. Wouldn't have it any other way.
