Where to buy accessories?

Hello everyone, I have an important question: where do you generally buy accessories (oven, washing machine etc.) for your RV? Do you prefer internet or a physical shop?

What is this Roebuck you speak of? Just kidding. I used to spend countless hours looking at the toys, sporting goods, musical instruments, and more in their catalogs when I was a kid and young adult. It was the original Internet (minus the porn).

We get out camper stuff at Camping World, Gainesville, GA. most of the time.
Convenience is sometimes the equalizer to a slight savings.

I don't have a local place close by with a decent selection so Amazon is typically my go to place as well.

I used to do Amazon but our new dealer in Orange County Ca (DDRV) has great pricing and sometimes beats Amazon. Great selection and has a great inventory. If they don't have it, it will be there in one day and no freight charges.

It was the WORX main site. They shipped with two batteries and life time string modules (FREE for the ASKING)... After adding in the shipping and handling I could have almost done the same thing with AMAZON haha... AMAZON only offered ONE battery and they cost some $50 each....

Who knows haha...

They are my old Sears-N-Roebuck catalog. With PRIME delivery is two days.. Shows up at the door with free delivery... Even if the door is out in the sticks somewhere..

What a deal huh...

Just last week my ten year old weed wacker battery motor quit and AMAZON didn't really have the model I wanted so I ordered it from another internet site. The shipping and handling was hugh even for normal shipping (2 weeks) ... I should have known better haha... The savings grace I guess is the local UPS and FEDX guys know where I live from all of my AMAZON orders haha

Where ever I can get the best price, although I hope I never have to replace a major component, unless it goes before my extended warranty is up.

I don't limit myself to RV supply places. Depending on the item marine places can often have a greater variety of the item to choose from.

It's no different than buying anything else, shop around for the best price and service.
Sometimes it's better to pay a little more if you get good service, it depends on the item you purchase.

There are not many local RV stores and the few I have found do not have much. It is mostly "we can order it for you". Their prices are quite high as well. I mostly order from Amazon but will buy from other online stores if they have the item I want and the price is right. I have also bought some little items from Walmart. The RV section at the local Walmart is about 8 feet wide with about 4 or 5 shelves. LOL
