So long camping friend

Well today we just did one of the hardest things I`ll ever have to do. We had to put down our 10 1/2 year old German shepherd. He was very healthy up until February when he started getting seizures. Then he started to have trouble walking. We came to find out he had a tumor in his brain. We couldn`t stand watching him not be able to walk without falling down. Very sad to watch for a dog that cannot sit still for 2 minutes! we will miss him greatly!

Thank you everyone! one thing I know for sure is heaven has a very good sentry up there right now. I have the worn out grass around the perimeter of my yard to prove it (tears and laughter as I right this). I`m home for lunch right now and it is just so quiet. even our cat is out, which she is usually sleeping right now.

It always saddens me when I hear that someone had to let they baby go for whatever reason. Shadow was a beautiful boy and is now pain free and running and playing like it was a puppy. I truly believe that all of our past pets will meet us when it comes out time to go home. Sorry for your loss and the pain that you are having to go through.
