We have a one year old keystone premier that has been in the shop for pretty much the entire year that we have owned it. While at the shop, we had them winterize it. When we got it back and turned the water on, water was leaking from under the camper. Long story short, there is water leaking from under the water heater (not the pressure relief valve but the hot water heater itself). There was a decent sized puddle of water in the pantry where the hot water heater is kept. Where could this water be coming from?

Like Grit says, you most likely have a leaky joint at the water heater, or the tank is cracked. Hope for a cracked fitting as it will be pennies to fix compared to a cracked tank.

It’s either a pipe or the tank sounds like.
sorry you’re experiencing the typical HORRIBLE service and rip offs of RV dealers and shops.
I swear RV dealers are the worst! That even with no personal experience. Just everyone else’s bad experiences….
