I am DIY technician and with the speed technology change those years do have to do refresh several times a year.
I can't wait when Bluetooth scanners will finally make it to RV.

Yes there are RV techs on this forum and I think they will say they have been training their whole career.
I worked on construction equipment and did on line refresher courses a few times a year and sent our technicians to school a couple weeks a year.
