Electric Brake Issues on TT

I have a wheel on my TT that seems to be getting more "Juice" than the other three. I have my prodigy gain set at 6 and the boost at 1.(Same problem if no boost) In a short drive, the wheel will heat up more than the other three. It sometimes gets hot to the touch. I jacked it up and the wheel spins without any resistance. I have had two shops look at the wheel and they both say everything is OK. I am wondering if they check the voltage in each wheel. I don't believe that the Prodigy is to blame, because there is only one wire going to the plug. On gravel with the boost, the wheel will lock up.
Thanks.

Or maybe it is the only wheel actually doing all the brakeing.

Check voltage at each wheel...that simple. Doesn't even have to be lifted off ground. If you have a DC clamp ammeter helps as well

The shop that I used, I have been dealing with them for 15 years. A month ago, bearings were packed, three replaced and all four wheel were adjusted. I am thinking that one wheel is getting mroe amps than the other three.

x2 on adjusting shoes slack.
I would lift the axle myself and also check it for bearings play.
Shops are not looking for a job, where they will not make easy money on parts mark-up.

The problem is with one wheel only. They are adjusted correctly.

just adjust the pads on that wheel alittle looser than the others see if it continues. Or unhook the brakes to it see if its a diff problem. My opinion if its getting that tight with brakes it should be locking up
