Hi turned the fridge on and freezer is nice and cold but where the milk should be stored its not getting cold.any suggestions thanks in advance

Patience and keep the fridge door closed for 24 hours.

DW once filled the freezer with bottled water... Refrigerator never got cold.. I had to explain that it doesn't do a good job of making things cold.. Just keeps them cold...

May sound silly but mine has a slider button that says "Cold" (where you would think the button should be) until you read the other side which says "Colder".. I think they could have come up with a better way to word the stickers but I didn't think much about it until the first time out and the drinks werent getting very cold.. then I slid it to "colder" problem solved..I just wasn't paying attention I guess ๐Ÿ™‚

If the fridge is empty, it can take from 12 to 24 hours to reach optimum cool down temps. If filled with non pre cooled items, maybe even longer. If filled with pre cooled items, it can cool down quicker. How long has it been on?
