Kwikee Slide acting up?

We have a 2006 Winnebago Sightseer 35N that has all electric Kwikee slides. The living room slide ( about 12 feet ) has 2 screw motors that are sensor linked somehow so they keep the slide straight as it is extended or retracted. One motor seems to stop just for a second so the other will catch-up, then start again.

Today we were moving to a new site and the living room slide would not retract all the way (about 50%). I finally got it in all the way by raising the jacks on that side so the slide was going "downhill". had no problem getting the slide to extend.

We're in Alaska for another 2 months and will be moving many more times. Any ideas what could be causing the slide to act-up? Any ideas what I should try to do to correct this problem?

Thanks in advance,

Well, we moved again today. the slide did not want to come in. I tried putting jacks down only on that side like I did before. No luck! I tried emptying most of the weight out of the locker. No Luck! I tried a spray silicone lube on the support rollers and it came in just fine.

I think the problem might be solved. I think I'll add a shot of spray lube every other trip to see if that really corrects my problem.

Thanks for your help. If you have other ideas or a suggestions about a better lube please let me know.

Thanks again,

The StoreMor under slide compartment is limited to 300 pounds. Do you have too much stuff in it? I did and had problems retracting the slide.
