Need generater

I did not disconnect the batteries prior to storing and urgently need a generater to recharge the engine battery. I am in Ladysmith, BC. Is there anyone close by who would lend/rent a gen for a day? Help would be much appreciated. Gordon.

If the battery didn't freeze, just boost the engine from a car and drive to a place where you can plug in a charger. The battery will lose some capacity even if it didn't freeze.

How long was the rig in storage, and was it kept above freezing? Reason I ask, a dead battery will freeze, solid... it could have split the case. If the case is still good, open the little fluid fill caps and see if it's frozen, and don't try to charge if it is, take it somewhere to warm up and melt first.

If you were closer I have 2 and you could borrow one of them.
Just wondering why don't you just put a charger on them or do you not have hydro close by?
