A small diameter area about 6" needs patching on a rubber roof.I heard of Dicor Patch. Any good? Will it be noticeable? Will it last long? An alternative would be to replace the complete roof with a new rubber material but that is very expensive. And disadvantages to that procedure? The area that needs covering is very small.

Totally incorrect according to the Whole Building Design Guide which is the resource used by architects.

TPO seams are heat welded, EPDM seams are taped or glued. They are different materials. TPO is more expensive and a superior product.

I run a rubber roof for years, just carried a 4" roll of eternabond w/ me.
IMO, there would never be a reason to replace a rubber roof,....not as long as a 12" and 24" roll of eternabond is available.

I put a dicor patch on the roof in 2004. It was still on and in good shape in 2012 when I traded the trailer.

I would suggest Eternabond tape. Once its stuck it wont come loose.
