PD4655 no longer adjusts voltage automatically

I upgraded to a PD4655 converter about 2 years ago, and it worked perfectly. Now it will not adjust from boost, normal or float voltage mode automatically, but I can still adjust it manually via the wizard button. It will then stay in that voltage mode indefinitely unless I change it manually again. Currently my battery bank is fully charged, but the converter will not automatically go into float mode.

More than five hours in boost is probably wrong.
No float in five days of non-use seems wrong.
How long have you waited?

Time to call your supplier for warranty exchange or replacement.

Some three stage converters will not drop to float 13.2v if the rig is being used. So they stay at 13.6. ISTR you have to wait a day after not using the rig's 12v systems before they will drop to 13.2 storage mode
