Thermistor for Dometic RM2652 Refrigerator

Hello,

I am replacing my cooling unit on my Dometic refrigerator and in a moment of haste and frustration I broke the end off of the Thermistor wire that plugs into the circuit board. Getting the old cooling unit out took considerable more effort than any of the videos showed.

I need to get a new Thermistor but can not find a source of part numbers. Dometic wants you to call them M - F and talk to them. I want to get this ordered if at all possible so I can be done with this project.

There are multiple ones for sale on eBay and Amazon etc. but none state what models they are intended for. Same for the Online RV Parts sites.

Does anyone know which Thermistor I need or where I could look up the part number?

Thanks!

All of the refrigerator thermistors are basically interchangeable other than length- the resistance values are the same. Standard replacement would be Dometic p/n 3307872.006 which is a kit with both ends and scotchlocks.

Thanks Chris!

Found what I needed online and have ordered

Thanks again!

Have you googled Dometic parts? Have you asked the place you bought the cooling unit from?

Yes I have Googled and Binged for over an hour and the place I purchased the cooling unit from does not carry or offer Thermistors.

Been on the Dometic Site and have gone through all the available manuals as well
