Tilt bed controller

My tilt bed controller is only raising bed about 6 inches then it seems that it’s amping out ( no further movement up/down), until I reset the configuration button. I contacted mfg and they’ve been little help. Do these controllers fail in this manner? How much are they to replace?

The controllers do go bad every so often. I just replaced my Lippert controller with a new one for $109. Also check your wiring beneath the bed. Sometimes a wire to the motor or switch breaks or come loose causing the problem. If all the wiring looks good, it's probably your controller.
