I use an Acurite that has 3 indoor and one outside sensors. I keep one of the sensors in my RV so I can remotely monitor whether my thermo cube is turning on the heat when the temps gets close to freezing. I have been very happy with this product.

Ambient Weather WS-10. Has 4 channels, we use Freezer, Refrig, Outside, Inside. It also has ability to add two more channels. Been using this for 6 years, it has Temp, humidity and can be set for hi/low. Also have outside mounted under small slide in shade,

I have a 5th wheel so I hang the outside sender under the pin box on the umbilical cord with a piece of Velcro that wraps around the cord. That way I don't forget to put it away when traveling.

I use this one from Oregon Scientific. It has temp plus HUMIDITY for both inside and outside, ice warning LED, atomic clock, weather forecast, and storm warning.

Note: Many of these use the 433Mhz frequency which might be the same as your tire pressure monitoring system and could cause interference (drop outs) between your monitor and the sensors.

We have the La Crosse model pictured in our coach with the outside sensor mounted in the LP bay. We also have an Acu-Rite remote sensor in our wet bay with the display in the coach for cold weather conditions when freezing is a possibility. And we have an Acu-Rite Access Internet connected system with 3 sensors at our Adirondack family cottage that we use to monitor the inside and outside temps during the winter in case the furnace or power fails.

Also been using AcuRite but struggling to find a suitable place to mount or velcro the outside receiver for accuracy.

I have it in rear bumper now but with heated tanks, the frame actually warms up. Lol

Been laying it outside each trip on top of trailer tire.

I have a similar unit and mounted the sensor inside the propane cabinet of my trailer. The cabinet is open toward the bottom so it gets a good supply of air but is not exposed to the sun most of the time. And it does not get road spray that would dirty the sensor.

Was thinking about that but thought the Propane itself would have a cooling effect.
Will try....thanks

I too use a different LaCross I do not have my microscope handy so I can't read the code (WS-9160U-IT?) Yup that's it had a bookmark

This unit uses up to 3 remote sensors so I get Room temp
Refrigator Temp
Propane tank (outside open to air) Temp
and water tank (top of tank) temp

records min-max so I can see if I'm in danger of freezing or rotting.

ONE CAUTION Instructions are not great To set it up
Remove all batteries from all receivers and transmitters
Put batteries in 1st Transmitter
put batteries in all receivers
when all receivers show OUTDOOR temp put batteries in 2nd receiver
When all receivers show "Channel" marker (below outdoor temp) put batteries in 3rd receiver... Wait 5 minutes, then set clocks on receivers (NOTE just one mintute may be long enough) but touch NO button till the batteries have been in 3rd transmitter for at least a minute. That messed me up several attempts.
Home was where I park it. but alas the.

The Acurites are cool because you can register at the Weather Underground and get your measurements included on their maps. You can also retrieve the weather data from your Acurite on your phone. At one point, mine was the reporting station for my home town.
There is something special about camping in an RV.

I have been using an AcuRite for years. The sending unit just died because the batteries leaked. I replaced both the indoor display and the outdoor sending unit at Lowe's for $25. The unit displays indoor and outdoor temps and humidity.
