My jayco greyhawk 31SS has all the fuses, beakers, and converter/inverter under the bed on the passenger side. I would like to install a hard wired surge guard but am not sure where to wire it. Because my coach has a automatic transfer switch, where in line should i put the surge guard?

Yup, it needs to be the first thing shore power goes through after it enters the RV.
