18 days and counting down!

18 days to launch on a 7000 mile trip. This weekend we:
Cleaned and waxed the exterior.
Libricated every lock and moving part inc. WDH
Cleaned and organized every closet, drawer, and storage space.
Cleaned and polished the whole interior.
All fresh linens and towels.
Replaced the batteries in all the remotes, flashlights, lanterns and gizmos.
Washed all the plates, silverware, pots, pans, etc...
Checked every working system.
Checked air in all 5 tires

The TV:
Oil change/checked tire pressure and all fluids.
Detailed it inside and out.
Built bike rack for inside the van.
Well it's new so there isn't much else.

Besides food and packing clothes... What's left? What are we missing?

Don't forget phone apps rv parky and I also use DAT trucker to plan fuel stops at truck stops as I use the truck lanes for my fiver.

For our cross-country trips I would bring along the title to the TV & TT, in the event of a worst-case scenario in which one or both are totalled.

Maps, in addition to your phone/GPS.
Vehicle & TT registration/insurance papers.
Emergency phone numbers written down, not just stored on your phone.
Sun glasses and spare glasses, if you wear them.
Wallet, Drivers license and Credit Card.
(Last summer I was four hours into a 12 hour trip when I realized I forgot my wallet)
Make sure your house is locked and do a walk around your rig before you leave.

A recovery strap is a heavy nylon type tow strap.
