I use my plug to run a 20 gpm fuel transfer pump. It pumps about 200 gallons at a time without issue. I'm guessing my pump is drawing more amperage than a fridge would, but that is just a guess.
Edit: I use propane mode on my 5ver while traveling.

Does it have a propane setting? I run mine on "gas" when traveling with out issue.

The plug will handle the amperage. The wires leading to the plug and the wires in your FW are likely too small to handle the current without significant voltage drop. You may find yourself arriving at your destination with partially discharged batteries. This is fine if you are going to plug in but really bad if camping without hook ups.
