I have a flat bed I had built and instead of all compartments, I went with under bed storage for permanent things, air com, tools jacks and on Sides full length al w 2 doors so there is full room to put long, short or what ever, More storage than I have ever used even on month trips

I haven't done one, but have seen some utility bodies used with 5ers. Have seen a couple with campers.
Would be great in many cases for storage.

I haven't done one, but I do like the concept. The vision in my head has me doing something like this later on in my build.
