My TT is new so I don't want any cleaners in my wax. I am using McGuire Flagship marine wax. It's really good stuff. If it will last on a boat it should be fine on my TT. The trick is to do it more than once a year. In So Cal it's the sun that kills the exterior. Putting a cover on a 30 ft TT is not fun.

I have been using their #845 Insulator Wax on my MH since 2004 and it still looks like the day it was new. I used this wax since the mid 80's on all of my vehicles with excellent success, durability, and ease of application. Most of my friends with classic cars use it and many of my friends that wax their MH's use it.

+1...VERY easy to apply (warm the bottle in a pan of water so that it liquefies), buffs off in a snap, but the BIG thing (besides an excellent sheen) is that it lasts, and lasts, and lasts.

I've been hearing about this stuff (303) for too long....just hit the button and ordered a 32oz bottle.

I have 36 ft TH. I assume this would be plenty for 1 or 2 applications?

Thanks

I don't own anything with decals, but have never heard anyone comment about it. Contact Collinite and ask them.

Mothers Marine Grade Synthetic Wax. Says right on the label "easy to use." What more could you want? Did a bunch of checking around on waxes before settling on this one. There are many choices and many opinions on waxes for RVs. There's even forums on just waxes such as Mothers wax forum and they have a marine/RV sub-forum if you need more answers.

You should use a gentle cleaner on it before waxing. Bought LAs Totally Awesome for this. Pretty inexpensive and was recommended on another RV forum.

Yes, right over the decals. If you haven't waxed it before, you might want to go around the entire exterior and ensure all decals are adhered to the fiberglass and press them down as needed. Not sure what you would do if it's an older unit and the adhesive has dried out.

The best product is the one you use often .
MeGuiar's Products are what I use a lot now .
Frankly , there are plenty of good products .
The main thing is that I wash my cars / trucks at least 40 times a year .
Clay bar for car finishes annually .
I thoroughly wash my trailer after every trip without exception .
For the trailer ICE and NuFinish work good enough .
I make sure that I have washed my vehicle thoroughly before polishing , as instructed .

I have been a car guy since 1960 .
I have used all of the high grade products .
I go to my car club meetings every month .
In the final analysis : frequent washing and frequent polishing are more important than brand .

I use Maguiars Ultimate for my car. I like it a lot. I would not use it for the decals on my fiver. I would use either Protect-All or 303 Aerospace for the decals since they have no petroleum products. I use Protect-All for my entire fiver. Good luck.
