Some specific recommendations to the Op's post:
Keystone Premier 31BHPR or 31BKPR or 34BHPR
Keystone Bullet 287QBS or 308BHS or 311BHS or 335BHS
Keystone Passport 2920BH or 3220BH or 3290BH or 3320BH or 3350BH
Keystone Laredo 331BH
There are too many to list in Keystone as well as Jayco and many others.
Basically, look for BH (BunkHouse) model floorplans.

Sleeps 10 is easy. Child or two in the bunks (maybe 4 with bunkhouse) and two in the master. The rest can pitch a tent or adult pairs can bring their own RV.

Our 07 Cherokee sleeps 10. But keep in mind anything that says it will sleep 10 will be tight with 10 people in it. Your going to want the largest TT available for comfort.

My bunk room TT slept 11 before I removed the trundle bed under the entertainment/bunk and turned it into 8 large (4 ft deep) storage drawers.
Been on several month long across country trips with 3 or 4 adults and 4 kids making for a total of 7 or 8 and the kids each had their own bed.
Keep in mind that a 34+ foot "lightweight" trailer will have a loaded up tongue weight of 1100 to 1500 lbs. If my freshwater tank is full, my tongue weight is 1250lbs. Empty it is at 1100lbs. All that weight goes against your van's cargo/payload capacity.
This is certainly doable for you. Just be aware of your weights.

Yes, that is right. We have 8 kids and we need a camper that will have storage and capacity.

Ours "sleeps" 10 - 4 in bunks, 2 in dinette, 2 on fold out couch, 2 on queen. Like most, the dinette and couch would be best served for smaller ones.

I have a keystone sprinter select 29bhs, it claims to sleep 10. the fold out couch would fit 2 short kids fine, the dinette maybe one adult and one kid. I have quad bunks in the back, and a queen bed in front.

OP wrote "camper". I hope he didn't mean "truck camper" because that would be nigh unto impossible,

Great suggestions here for TT's.

Keep in mind, you probably have 1200-1500lb of bodies (let alone any stuff they bring along) that come off the weight ratings before you hook up the trailer.

True. however little of that will be hauled in the trailer. When all of our bunch camps together. Only DW, and my stuff is hauled in the TT. The others pack their own vehicles, and bring what they need themselves. In fact. Stuff for 3 families will NOT fit inside the TT. there is only room inside to sleep, sit around, and eat. Not to store stuff for ten people.

The weight of passengers counts against the weight ratings even though they are in the van.

The OP never said he was bringing multiple vehicles. In fact he mentioned that the van is a 12 passenger unit, so presumably, they are all packed in the van when towing. Growing up we traveled that way all the time (including 3-4 week cross country trips), so it's certainly possible to fit everything (though you do have to limit what each person takes).

Back when there were 6 of us, we all rode in the Class A, but the girls slept in the RV, the boys slept in a tent.
