Do you unhook your TT during weekend outings?

Recently I have seen TT left hooked up to the TV with the WDH still in place during weekend stays. The TT tongue jack was extended and appeared to to be level. What are your thoughts on this?

Just over-night I don't but typically we will want to use the truck if we're somewhere longer than one night.

Level site, don't need the truck, stays hooked up....

We don't unhook for a late in/early out overnight stay.
We ALwAYS unhook when staying for more than one day. Much easier to get up into the pickup bed when it isn''t hooked to the trailer.

🙂 Hi, while traveling, and at one night stays, I won't disconnect. But for a weekend, I don't want to sit in the camp ground. I have local things to do or places to see.

If the trailer is level and you do not need your truck it's fine. I always want to go some place so I unhook the truck unless I'm heading out the next morning.

If site is level enough....leave hooked up.

Not going to hurt anything sitting there connected.
