Fridge

We have a 2020 keystone outback. This is our 5th outing in it since we brought it home in June. It has 2 refrigerators and yesterday one of them quit working. We are plugged in to 50 amp with propane back up. It made no sounds no noises and the other one is doing fine. I plan on taking it to the dealership Wednesday when we get back. I’m just looking for thoughts.

Both are inside. Both are same size. Both run on electric or propane. Same brand. Night temps in low 40’s to high 30’s. Right one works perfect left one deader than a hammer.

Brand/Model ????

How cold are the overnight temps...ambient air temps?

Does it have Panel Lights??
Yes then it has DC Power
NO then it NEEDS DC Power

Good job Biscuit. It always helps if you ask the same question repeatedly....

If Answers are provided I don't ask again...
If Answers are NOT provided I repeat the questions ONE more time...then I am done.
Is it time for your medication or mine?

Guessing this is what the OP might have.

Not something I'd like. I'd forget which stuff I put in which fridge.

His and hers fridges?

???
Well it’s a good thing we all have choices in life. Lol.
Dual fridges would be awesome!
Unless you don’t need the capacity. Then in that case the solution is simple, don’t use that one!

DC power issue!
Could be fuse or loose connection in circuit.

Day temp today was about 70. No lights, set on auto, but nothing on gas either. Let’s just forget the whole thing. Like I said it’s going to the dealer Wednesday after we get back and get it unloaded. It’s under warranty so I really don’t give a flip.

NO LIGHTS.....
That means it is NOT Getting DC Power

SIMPLE fix...Find the DC Fuse that is for that Fridge
Replace it with a FUSE you know is good

If that doesn't fix it or if Fuse Blows again
Dealer/Warranty **and say good bye to your RIG for several months

But you came on here inquiring and when folks offered to help you said 'Forget it'

So Happy New Year and BYE!

Yes that’s our floor plan. Duel fridges not an ideal set up but it works well. At least till one stoped working, but at least we still have the other one till we get home.

You will give a "flip" when you haven't seen your trailer for three months while it sits awaiting repair and you want to use it... Just a thought...

It would take only a few minutes to check a couple things and answer back
Is there any lights on front of refer? No, means no DC.
What setting is refer on? auto, or electric?
switch to LP. What happens?

Repeating myself but I'll give one more try........

If you can smell ammonia near it, you'll need a new one.
Any thing else should be repairable.
Did you check the 120 volt supply ?
