I finally did it!

For a couple years now I've been toying with the idea of installing a 30 amp socket on the outside wall of my garage for the RV which we're lucky enough to park on our own property. Well, today the deed is done! :C

Add a water bib and a sewer clean out and you would have full services. :B

I love mine- I have a full park box with a 20A GFCI, 30A-TT and 240V-50A park box with breakers in it installed on the side of my house where a hot tub service box used to be. I can run my 240V air compressor or table saw on that side of the house if I need to. I use my TT as a guest house, or just having full amperage service is nice to prep for a trip since you can charge the batteries, cool the fridge, preheat the water heater, and run the AC while packing.

Sweet.......would love to have that at our house. Sure would be nice to come back from a camping trip, esp it being summer gets very hot and muggy here, plug her in.... turn on the air and do my cleaning. Would make it so much easier, maybe one day I can talk the DH into getting one.

I've installed one where we park our trailer. I also piped in a sewer drain into my main sewer line. I like to be able to run the A/C when we are packing if necessary. It is also a guest bedroom at times.
