Improving sway bars for TC load

I am in need of new bushings for my sway bar and the end links. Both front and rear. I contemplated on upgrading the bars (big wig, etc.) but I am not going that route.
I have contacted a suspension company that several other F250 owners have used and they suggest in addition to the new bushings, I also add clamps to keep the sway bar from moving from side to side (think sales pitch).
This is the link to the mentioned clamps.
Does anyone feel these are necessary? Does any one feel the sway bar(s) actually move side to side? I dont, but thought it would be worth mentioning.

I have a Roadmaster in the back, and I can see from the clean spot that it moves an 1/8th inch or so. The clamps all look like they'd wear away at the poly. Need a much larger/smoother bearing surface.

I have seen some with grease zerts installed on them.

It seems like a good idea - kinda turns the SB into a panhard setup.

I have not seen any side movement on my setup. I would suggest you get urethane bushings.

My front Roadmaster replacement anti sway bar came with clamps to prevent the bar sliding sideways. I thought it was to prevent the much larger bar from contacting any other part of the truck, as it is a tight fit.
The rear bar has much more room and didn’t come with the clamps. The old anti sway bars I took off didn’t show any evidence of side slip at the bushing contact points.
