My buddy with a Duramax had to replace all his injectors at 120,000 miles and got me worried - I have about 200,000 miles on my 2006 Dodge.
How long do injectors typically last and how does it differ by brand of truck?
My buddies 2006 Cummins needed a tow and new injectors at 65K miles, a tip broke off of one. About 5 grand later, his "bullet proof" cummins was back on the road. I'm pretty sure they typically last longer than this though.

Good friend of mine had a injector crack on his LB7 and dealer quoted him $7,700 to change all 8. He ended up going to a non dealer mechanic who did the job for $4,400 with the injectors themselves being $1,200 of that cost.
I run 3 micron Baldwin filters on my truck and if I run waste motor oil it's filtered down to 2 micron before going in the tank.
There's no G in Cummins btw ๐
To bad he got hosed in injectors with the 3 grand in labor.
$1200 barely buys a set of injector cores.
