We are seriously looking at buying a 31BHPR. It pretty much has everything we are looking for in a TT, the only cons we can think of with it is, it has curtains instead of solid doors for the bedroom and bunkhouse....that's about it.

Maybe because this one is so new, But i'm having a hard time finding any reviews or testimonials about them.

This is our first TT, i've rented a couple times and that makes us realize we want our own, we've been researching for months and have narrowed it down to this one.

Is there anyone out there that has any experience with the Bullet line that can give me their opinions?

Thanks!

The answer to my above question is apparantly 4 weeks. Today we placed our order for a new 31BHPR and it's due in sometime towards the end of Febuary. We ordered it without body paint but to be honest I really love the way the paint looks and I am having a hard time not changing my order to include it. Come on guys...... Talk me out of it!!

I think it depends on the price, because I agree...the full paint does look nice..

A dealer quoted me $8000 additional for the paint...when I balked, he came down to $3750, which he said was their cost..at $3750 it is probably worth considering...you will get that back in resale.

I am waiting for an Evergreen...

Haha, too funny! I live about 3 miles from there. It's tough to beat a Percy Flowers hot dog!
I may have to sneak one soon (my wife hates when I beg to go there, LOL).

I'll say yes, I do feel the paint will hold up better than the decals but with that said we have covered storage so the reality is for us at least the paint would only be for cosmetics and MAYBE a little more resale value but I won't kid myself into thinking that maybe we would recoup maybe a third of the paint price after 5 years.

garysol congrats on your order. That is one sweet TT! If I had found one painted I would have been thrilled and found a way to pay the extra $ for it. Ours came direct off a local dealers lot and doesn't have the paint. If I had the $ and would have ordered it direct from factory I may have been tempted to get it. I feel your pain at this decision.

We also had to purchase a new TV for ours (2010 F250 diesel) and with that type of gas mileage (or lack thereof) we've also just bought a new in town car. Lots of "gots" lately. I'm happy with ours and can't wait to get it out this season. Some say the decals haven't lasted as good as they thought but does paint hold up any better? The paint is dark in areas which is a heat attractor but is it enough to make a difference to the TT? Probably not. It sure is beautiful. As one member here said once you are inside often so don't even see the look of it. However, when you do look it is one awesome beauty! I think when we simply want something we can always find the reasons to back up our decisions.

I'd love to hear from others that have the paint to say how its held up. Be sure to share pictures when you receive it. Again congrats!

garysol, unless you can justify the cost, I personally wouldn't do it. While it looks great, your camper will FUNCTION just like mine when you take delivery. When I got my trailer, I couldn't justify the cost.

Any ideas on delivery time for a 31BHPR without body paint? I think we are going to order one from our dealer this week and we are hoping that we can have it here by the beginning of April. Any thoughts?

Congrats on your purchase and welcome to the Bullet Premier family! Don't you just love the ceiling in the premier! Your fortunate you can fit yours in the driveway. We've not attempted ours yet. Maybe this spring we'll give it a go.

Sorry I don't know where to tell you to look. Hope someone else here has the answer.

Counting the days until camping season starts here!

Hi. we just picked up our new Bullet Premier the 19fbr, a baby compared to what alot of you have on this fourm, works nicely for my wife and I and our 2 dogs though and I can fit it in my driveway !

I have a question, I don't see anywhere on the exterior the range hood vent which my last trailer was a hooded flap vent that you had to open & close typical of most trailers. The only thing I can think of is it vents through the fridge vent on the roof because the range hood is right beside the fridge on the inside?

I have an email in to my dealership asking the same question, haven't heard back yet so thought I would also ask here. Thanks in advance.

Huskerdude same to you and yours! Are you counting the days to get back out on the road? I know we are! I bet you're having the same cold we are in Iowa. Merry Christmas.

31Tundra not sure if anyone answered you yet. We don't have that model but the smaller. The two tanks are fine for us but I think the question is what you'll be using the propane for. Will you be boondocking, running the fridge going down the road, camping in the cold and using lots for heat and so on? We used it 5 nights to just take the chill off, heating showers for two people each day and hot water for simple clean up at the sink and it didn't make a dent in the two tank supply. I recall reading here where someone had a chart of a typical use of their propane. Maybe a search for that? Good luck and happy camping!
