We are seriously looking at buying a 31BHPR. It pretty much has everything we are looking for in a TT, the only cons we can think of with it is, it has curtains instead of solid doors for the bedroom and bunkhouse....that's about it.

Maybe because this one is so new, But i'm having a hard time finding any reviews or testimonials about them.

This is our first TT, i've rented a couple times and that makes us realize we want our own, we've been researching for months and have narrowed it down to this one.

Is there anyone out there that has any experience with the Bullet line that can give me their opinions?

Thanks!

I meant we all have the yellow light but nothing to light up ( white light) the campsite like so many other Keystone products have.

Hi guys, its been a long time! I have a lot of reading to do here!

Just returned from another trip ( Hershey PA), and we are still very pleased with our Bullet. Having said that, I was under the impression that once i unscrewed the 4 screws on the back of the bunkhouse TV that I was going to easily hook up the HDMI cable to the television so the kids could watch a movie on the DVD player. WRONG !!!

Has anyone done it? Seems like the wood is nailed pretty good back there. Any guidance would be great. Also I misplaced my TV instructions - does anyone know how to listen to the the rear TV on the outside speaker? My next mod is the Steadyfast system to reduce trailer bounce.

One things I wish the Bullet had was an outside light. Anyone come up with something for this glaring design omission. Most TT's have them.

The panel on the back of my rear tv was stapled on very tight! I used a crow bar very gently to get it pulled off then put it back on with 3M Velcro so I can take it back off easier. And I'm pretty sure you can't use the outside speakers with the rear tv, mine doesn't run through the cd/DVD/radio that the front one does. It would make sense to use the outdoor speakers since that tv can be watched outside!

Outside light??? I have the same trailer as you and I have a light outside my front door. Now I don't have a light by the dump valves, like I would like to. Do you really not have a yellow light on the outside under the awning?? Maybe I just misread what you were asking.

Yes I have. I was well within my limits. The TV only squatted an inch or so fully loaded, with my fresh water tank full. I just wanted to eliminate it all together.

I can tell you I have, and I'm sure the 09 Chevy 1500 HD is rated more than my ex-Ram 1500 4.7, but I was about 900 lbs over my GVWR and GCWR fully loaded and ready to roll.

I guess I have to ask .. Have you all done the weight check for TV capacity, tongue weight, TT before and after it's loaded, etc.?

I just put a set of Air Lift helper bags on my T.V. along with an onboard air compressor and I'm here to tell you that they are well worth the money. The actual install took about 2.5 hours, then another 1.5 to make everything hidden and all pretty like. Prior to the install my truck would sag about 2 inches with the trailer dry, now nothing. I hooked up after I finished set the bags to 75lbs and the aft end of my truck doesn't even look like there is anything on it. The air bags along with some after market tow mirrors, and we are ready for our cross country move this fall.

Do you have weight distribution bars or chains on your hitch?

I ask because I do have an equalizer, but still have some sag in the rear springs..it seems, no matter how much "lift" I put on the bars.

I wondered if air bags might be warranted in my case...I haven't seriously considered it because I thought the W/D system was supposed to put as much weight on the front as the rear......mine puts some weight on the front, but the rear is still lower..

I also have an Equalizer hitch. I just didn't feel comfortable driving cross country with that sagging. I ordered the set up for 350.00 from JC Whitney and wish I had done it a long time ago.

I used a flush wallmount and screwed it into the stud behind the wall. If you are looking at the wall from the bed, it is in the upper right hand side. A little "knocking" on the wall and you will be sure to find it, you can hear the difference between the hollow wall and the solid sound where the stud is. Took all of 5 mins!

Hi-
I picked up my new 2011 Bullet Premier 28RLPR last week. I have done a few mods to it, but nothing too major yet:
-I had the dealer replace the standard faucet with the pull out faucet that comes with in the "comfort package."
-I mounted a 12V LCD in the bedroom
-added 2 Maxair vent covers
-added a Winegard Wingman
-replaced the interior speakers with a set of $30.00 6.5 inch 3-way speakers from Walmart. They are a big improvement on sound by adding some treble, better then the muddy sound of the existing speakers. They fit in the existing holes, and the white grills fit on the new speakers. Looking at it you wouldn't know they were replaced.

What I was thinking of doing was adding a counter top extension. When I was in the camper the other day I noticed that the laundry shute cover is the same material/pattern as the counter top. I thought that I could remove the cover and add brackets - instant counter top extension. Has anyone done this already and if so do you have pics? I figured I could make a new cover for the laundry shute out of another material. No need to match the counter that is in the kitchen with the laundry shute cover in the bedroom since you cant see both at the same time.
Just got done putting another electrical outlet on other side of bed :B, just tied into existing outlet in bedroom. TV in bedroon is next. How did you mount yours ????

Well, I did it. I put holes in the bathroom walls and I am pleased! I installed a toilet paper holder, a towel ring, and some bath towel hooks. I got the oiled bronze to match the hardware elsewhere in the camper. I noticed some Premier's had the hooks in the bathroom and mine did not. I found these at Target and thought they matched pretty good!

That looks like the exact same towel ring and location that I installed.. On our 27RBPR there was a stud directly above the plug in the bathroom so I just screwed into it. We have the matching TP holder that sits in the floor though (it's on heavy based stand). Thought it might bounce around, but so far so good.

Got them from Lowes! No studs where I wanted to place them so I used the supplied wall anchors, it holds very well.
