Lance siding... is this factory?

Saw this listed for sale. Trying to understand if is factory siding.
looks like Filon on the side and aluminum on the underbelly and front bulkhead.

Never seen this before... Lance owners, chime in:

All depends on what someone is looking for. Clearly repaired. It could be a heck of a deal at the right price point. May get a lot more camper than someone could otherwise afford.

Did they document the repair process? A bunch of pictures could validate the repair was done well. Frankly with all the screws holding the siding on, this camper is probably structurally stronger than what Lance produced originally. The skin adds rigidity to the frame.

It actually looks like a good blank canvas for a vinyl vehicle wrap. That could seal all the screw heads and make it look pretty cool at the same time.

For clarification: I am not affiliated with the seller nor am I in the market for another TC; it will be a while before I get another.

The back side still has the original aluminum siding.
The rest is not original. There is no telling from the pictures, how good or bad a repair job it is, what damage prompted it, or how well it has been repaired.
Every single one of the screws is a potential leak.

The posting images did not show a roof. The interior looked very good!

I parted out Lance 1161 and there were no screws on the siding to hold it.
They used glue (and a good one) to hold the siding to the frame + corner molding.
Can't vouch for all MY, but I doubt this is original as such screws bring high leak risk.
How is the roof?
