I was at D & H during the track camper rally. I was not attending the rally but was trading my rig for a coach. Got to finally meet Bedlam and his wife, very nice. Had a great time talking to both of you. We traded for a 2018 Nexus wraith 32W. We love it. 6.7 cummins, 24.5K GVW, 22.5 tires. I have already weighed it fully loaded, fueled, and ready to go. 4500 lbs under GVW.
I also flat tow my wrangler behind it.

We just got back from a 4500 mile trip to Moab for EJS. Awesome trip and the coach handled the Rockies just as well as I thought it would. No where near our first time going out there.

I love the Host and the truck but we wanted a little more room. I love all RV's and like looking at all of them and will continue to do so.

I will still be lurking on this site because I can't stay away.........

zb39's old truck. I picked it up 4/19. Our first trip with the EC 1165 on the new truck. Love it.

First night went to see zb39.

I started with a Scamp fiberglass trailer in 1989, went to a Coleman popup trailer, on to a Weekend Warrior toy hauler trailer, to my previous Arctic Fox truck camper and now to the Host truck camper. At retirement will most likely be another crossroads - At that time we'll see how well our physical and financial health is fairing. We are also trying to decide whether we stay in the same state, retire elsewhere or possibly just go full time RV.

Bedlam, thanks for posting pics. Hope you guys had a great trip coming over from the west coast. It was fun getting to finally meet you.
We started RVing 27 years ago. We always buy used and keep a coach 5 to 6 years. Our first was a 1982 21 foot class c. Kept 5 years until our son was born. Went to a 34 class A, no slides. Kept that for 6 years. I also had a neighbor sell a like new sportsman TC to me for 3K when we owned the Pace Arrow. It was nice for short trips and the kids loved the bunk. Went with a 40 foot DP next, had that for 6.5 years, loved it. Also sold the Sportsman locally for 4K and got the 2000 AF 1150. Next was the 45 foot DP Zephyr. It was OK
but the kids were growing up and heading to college. It really cut into vacation time. After 6 years we sold it and kept the AF. We did grab a 5th wheel a couple years later. Kept it 2 years and sold it for 3K less than I paid for it. We kept the AF 11 years and then traded for the Host. We loved it but my wife wanted more room and likes to walk around while I am driving. She can stretch or even do work out videos while I drive. When Dave at D&H gave me a cash offer I couldn't say no. Although it took me 3 months to decide. Loving the new to us coach. We did better on some deals than others. I wouldn't change anything and all the memories made are worth more than the money!!!! Both of our kids have stated they will RV period and that is important to them and us. I'm sure this will not be our last RV thats for sure. I don't ever want the last RV to come up. I know it will but I hope not for a long time.

Something a little shorter in height but longer in length is hiding behind zb39's Mammoth.

A Cummins mated to an Allison, oh my!

That previous rig is moving fast - I hear the truck is already sold (it may have gone to an Eagle Cap owner at the rally). Now you can see his new Super C.

Just looked at the Nexus online for the first time. Pretty bad-a## overall. I think your Host might have had a better appointed kitchen compared to the one I saw.
