Snowing hard tonight

Wow! Thanks for the trip report.We spent Christmas wk there several years ago about 1990,we were the only people camping in upper pines for two days.Then another couple in a truck camper came in and stayed the rest of the wk nearby that was it.The weather was unusually cold and snowy, about a foot or more of snow.We had to use tire chains to move about. I was thinking the same thing, great news. We are looking to head up there after xmas, and hoping for some more snow :). Campground looks packed merry xmas.

We love winter in Yosemite. We took our bikes and rode all over the valley, taking photos and ended up at the breakfast buffet in the hotel here;
