Mileage on your Trailer?

Just for interest sake, how many miles on your travel trailers. At what point are you just asking for problems if you keep it? We are pretty handy and can fix the small things but not the major items.
We have a 2013 Mini Lite 2109s with about 22000 miles on her. Is she still a baby or getting up there? What is reasonable to expect from a travel trailer bouncing on todays highways mile after mile?
Thanks

Don't have a clue as to miles because I'm not the first owner. I do know it's 45 years old because it's listed on the title and the back side of the shower surround had the same date, as well.

FYI. Newer model trucks like Ford and Ram with built in trailer brake will record trailer mileage on a separate screen in the dash info center. I believe, my truck will record 4-5 different named trailers.
anyway, 7,102 on the truck and 6,628 on the trailer.

18,673 miles in 5.5 years from new. I don't see any point where I'm just asking for for problems as I always maintain my systems correctly and routinely.

I bought a three year old TT. I do not know how much mileage was on it but it did not seem like much; the unit was mint so to speak.

I have put 23,000 miles on it in three years, I am not planning getting rid of it any time soon.

I'm a shade over 19,000 on my 2015 Jayco Whitehawk 23MBH. I keep a spreadsheet on my computer of miles towed, where we stayed, dates, site number, other site numbers I would have rather stayed on, general condition of park, ect...

About 35,000. All of the Lower 48, plus too many weekend trips to count. We've had it 16 years as of late August 2016, and are on only the 2nd set of Goodyear Marathons (US, not Chinese). E-Z Flex Suspension and aluminum wheels to replace the OEM suspension and cheesy (also rusted) steel wheels went on in 2009. Like others, we go to at least one RV show per year and have yet to see anything we like better than our current rig.

I go by number of sets of tires.
The trailer was 3 years old when we bought it. The couple that owned it said they put around 20000 miles on it.
Having ST tires on it we made one trip 300 mile trip and dumped the ST tires.
We put 55000 miles on the first set of LT tires and have around 48000 miles on the second set.
All together the trailer has around 123000 miles on it. The trailer has also been garaged when not in use so it still looks new.

We keep a journal. A 21st century journal. On the hard drive. As an Excel spreadsheet with dates, mileage, where we went, number of nights slept inside, repairs, cost of said repairs, who did the repair, and a comments section.
